2. Service Description
VivimateTV provides IPTV subscription services giving access to live TV channels via internet streaming. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Subscription & Payment
- Subscriptions are activated upon payment confirmation
- Plans are available for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice
- Payment is processed securely by third-party payment providers
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you have not violated these terms. Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@iptv-support.com.
5. Acceptable Use
- The service is for personal use only — redistribution or resale is prohibited
- Sharing credentials with others outside your household is not permitted
- Using the service to distribute, record or rebroadcast content is prohibited
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. No refunds are issued for brief, unplanned outages.
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
VivimateTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the last 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
